Manufacturing Design Engineer/Engineer-in-Shop (Position Available)
Description:
Anua is looking to add a multi-faceted design engineer eager to join a growing company. This position will be a vital pilar in the development of a robust engineering group. The individual in this role should be comfortable in a fast-paced atmosphere and have the ability to be simultaneously hands-on across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have high level proficiency in both 2D and 3D modeling software, as well as hands on experience within a manufacturing facility. Team oriented personality coupled with robust problem solving skills are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
-
Create and update 3D models of new and existing systems
-
Generate assembly and sales drawings for the manufacturing operations
-
Output Bill of Material (BOM) for system level assemblies, and work with Operations leader to accurately capture within ERP system (NetSuite)
-
Assist in the design process for both new systems and improvements to existing systems
-
Interface with technical sales team on new product introductions, revisions, and improvements
-
Prepare submittal packages to internal and external customers based on project specifications
-
Ownership of the company Engineering Change Process / Change Control Board (CCB)
-
Ability to lead employees, both directly and indirectly
-
Provide oversight of supplier quality control in conjunction with supply chain leaders

Desired Characteristics:
-
Proficient 2D/3D CAD skills
-
Prior experience working in direct conjunction with a manufacturing team
-
Experience applying Lean or Six Sigma Tools
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s engineering degree from an accredited university
-
Flexibility to handle many roles (“Swiss Army Knife”) within a small but growing company

Production Manufacturing Employee (Position Available)
Description:
We are looking for a hard-working Production Employee to assist in the manufacturing process of our products. The successful candidate is a punctual, team player, eager to learn new processes. The candidate must be comfortable working across several product lines and adapting to support the needs of the business. The candidate should be comfortable with basic hand tools, power tools, and measurement devices. The candidate should also be comfortable following Work Instructions and/or Engineering drawings to complete manufacturing assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:

Following health and safety standards
-
Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor
-
Measuring, cutting, and assembling PVC piping
-
Assembling products and parts according to WI’s and/or Engineering Drawings
-
Following production guidelines and specifications
-
Finalizing and packaging products for shipment
-
Operating and maintaining Power Tools/Machinery (drill, miter saw, table saw, air tools)
-
Operating Fork Lift and/or skid steer
-
Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty.
-
Performing other tasks as assigned.

Production Worker Requirements:

High school diploma/GED
-
Previous experience working in a manufacturing setting is beneficial.

Description:
